When I first started saying "Push Past Your Quit®," I had no idea that it would grow into the movement that it is today. I simply used it as a way to keep moving forward, to keep pushing through the challenges life threw at me. It was a reminder of why I started in the first place.

But as life went on, it became a distant memory. You know how it is, you pick up new mantras and slogans, and the old ones fade away. But "Push Past Your Quit®" was different. It had too much meaning, too much purpose to just disappear.

"Push Past Your Quit®" is something we all do in our everyday lives. For some, it's as simple as getting out of bed in the morning, starting our day with determination. It's about keeping a routine for working out, staying healthy, and being there for our loved ones, even when life gets tough. For others, its about being the best parent and spouse you can be. For more, its about keeping a positive outlook on life and allowing self-sabotaging thoughts to fade away the moment they pop up!

Our tagline is simple but powerful: "Remember Why You Started." It's a constant reminder that when doubt and negativity try to creep into your mind, you can Push Past Your Quit®. I've learned that my greatest victories have always been on the other side of quitting.

Life is never easy, and the things we truly desire in this one life won't just be handed to us. We have to work for them. We have to have grit. That's what "Push Past Your Quit®" is all about.

So I invite you to join this movement with us. Let's push past our quit together and achieve the greatness we were meant for. "Push Past Your Quit®️" is not just a slogan; it's a way of life.

My own journey has been filled with challenges, from low self-esteem to facing homelessness, but I refused to give in to my circumstances. With the help of God, I pursued education and earned a B.S. from Grambling State University and an M.A. from Louisiana Tech University. I became a transformational educator, teaching K-12 for 10 years.

But I knew there was more to my mission. I became an author, workshop facilitator, and empowering speaker. I'm passionate about advocating for girls and young women. I've become a certified transformational coach and a certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, and coach.

I've transitioned from being a transformational educator to a Transformational Coach, helping others push past their quit.

I'm based in Houston, TX, happily married to the love of my life, David "DJ" Clay (Co-owner) with our gifted children. I'm a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serve as the Executive Vice President of MC Lyte's Hip Hop Sisters Foundation, as well as the Executive Producer of an international radio show, "The Millionaire's Roundtable" among other things.

So let's embrace the journey, PPYQ-Push Past Our Quit®, and make our lives extraordinary.

Join us and become a part of the "PPYQ-Push Past Your Quit®️" movement.

Together, we can achieve greatness...if we just remember WHY we started.
